Our Mission:
Worship God
As Christians, our main goal is to show our love for God both inwardly and outwardly. We identify as God's people because of the amazing sacrifice Jesus made for us. Through our faith in Jesus, we openly worship and honor God. As followers of Jesus, our highest treasure is getting to know and delight in God. In all that we do, we worship Him with gratitude. Our mission is to worship God with our thoughts, emotions, hearts, actions, and entire lives.
God's kindness saves us through Jesus, transforming us from brokenness to holiness. We were once hopeless, but God rescued us and gave us hope (Ephesians 2:11-13). By trusting in Jesus, we now have everlasting hope with God. The gospel is good news for us and the world. We recognize Jesus as our savior and ruler, who has set us free. We willingly follow Him. We are saved and sent! Our mission is to honor and follow Jesus by sharing the good news, so that many will know and follow Him (Acts 1:8). We proclaim the good news to ourselves, our neighbors, the community, and to the ends of the earth.
Share the Gospel
Love the city
We believe in Jesus Christ and His love, which has blessed us. Jesus teaches us to love God completely and to love others as ourselves. Our focus is on loving God and showing this love to our city. We see everyone around us as our neighbors and are called to love them. We show our love by helping with physical, mental, and emotional needs, so that others can hear the gospel and believe in Jesus. Our love for the city reflects Jesus' love for the world. Our mission is to love our city by being present, meeting needs, being welcoming and inviting, and sharing our love with others.
Grow in Jesus
We worship God, love our city, and share the gospel. Our aim is to cultivate a personal relationship with Jesus. We need to grow in Him to offer value to others. We pour ourselves out for Jesus' mission, but we also seek to be filled with His love and power. Like Jesus, we withdraw from busyness to hear from God and pray. We experience the joy of intimacy with God and His people, and we invite others into this joy. We begin by sitting at Jesus' feet. Our mission is to grow in Jesus through Bible knowledge, prayer, worship, and intentional habits.
